On 26th September, we celebrated European Language Day. Each class chose their own foreign language and learnt new, interesting facts about a chosen country. To make it fun, we listened to songs and solved quizzes. Also, we created artwork related to a country and filled in language passports.
Our aim was to raise awareness of Europe’s rich linguistic diversity, which must be preserved and enhanced.
Well done all of you for all your hard work! Please remember:
“One language sets you in a corridor for life. Two languages open every door along the way.” – Frank Smith
