We'd like to thank parents and carers for engaging so enthusiastically with the additional opportunities we have been able to provide this year to explore different aspects of nurturing a child who regularly achieves beyond what is expected for their age.
Attendance at our general and subject specific parent/carer-child workshops, including Attitudes to Learning, Science, Reading and Writing, has been excellent and your feedback will continue to feed into the ongoing development of our provision. The last of this year's reading and writing ones will be held next week and we hope to offer further science and some maths ones later in the summer term.
Parent/carer response to our questionnaire looking at parent/carer perspective, sent out during parent/carer consultations last term, has also been honest and very interesting. It is always great to hear about our pupils' achievements both in and out of school.
Your positive and constructive feedback as well as numerous comments of appreciation have been shared with the adults working with your children.
As we move into the summer term and beyond, if you have any queries or requests related 'more able learners', please speak to your child's class teacher in the first instance and they will direct you to the right person.
